Dr. David Cunnington practices exclusively in sleep medicine, managing a broad range of sleep problems including insomnia, snoring and sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Dr. Cunnington has a particular interest in complex sleep problems and their interaction with physical and mental health. Dr. Cunnington trained in sleep medicine both in Australia and Harvard Medical School in the United States. He has Australian and International qualifications in sleep medicine and the use of behavioural and psychological treatments in sleep. These broad training experiences and qualifications allow Dr. Cunnington to use a range of non-drug treatments in managing sleep problems, as well as use medications when needed.
